How to open Help Files (.hlp) in Windows Vista

Windows vista don’t have Windows Help Program (winhlp32.exe), many software that provide .hlp files as help and support, So if you also have such files and can’t view help file (.hlp) in Windows Vista, I suggest you to download an update and install it in your Windows.
