Windows vista don’t have Windows Help Program (winhlp32.exe), many software that provide .hlp files as help and support, So if you also have such files and can’t view help file (.hlp) in Windows Vista, I suggest you to download an update and install it in your Windows. This Windows update will add the Windows Help program to your vVista and you’ll be able to view the .hlp files.
