When we moved it had to be left behind. About two years ago QVC once again had a pilates program. I ordered it, but when it arrived it was significantly shorter in length. I am short, but the machine was much shorter in length than my previous machine and uncomfortable to use. So,I have a basically new pilates in my storage unit I can't use. I had no way to return it. Tonight, QVC is showing pilates again and it is obviously much longer than the one I don't use. I am angry that I was not told the machine I purchased was shorter than other Pilates machines. Was I supposed to be psychic and just know? I am so disappointed in Pilates. I have bragged to anyone who would listen about my first machine. My husband is angry that I wasted all that money, so purchasing another one is not an option. I wish you had a trade-in program for those short ones that were such a fraud. I feel like I was cheated on the shorter length one I am stuck with and am angry I was not told the entire truth when I bought mine. Shame on Pilates and half-truths. I am upset with Pilates and QVC for allowing misleading sales practices and half-truths. I truly feel I am owed the machine I was led to believe I was, in fact, purchasing.
