Really I am totally disappointed after bought this SONY VAIO LAPTOP Model:VPCCW23FX, My trust with SONY fully gone because as a customer this Laptop have so many drawbacks 1)They saying LED Screen but the clarity is very bad,2)Negative shade in the Screen and side view of the screen is not clear,3)Sound quality is very bad,4)Sound volume is very bad especially when plying and making Video and voice chat with others,5) Web camera quality very bad who watch us, 6)VAIO Gate program not available for this model,5)Just working half an hour the machine will be heat, 7)Sony provide new program for solve this issue, after install this program the Heating is almost same. As a customer I am requesting to SONY Corporation please return back my money and I will return to your Laptop or I need the claim from SONY Corporation.My Email: roniomd@yahoo.com.
