Pre-heating instructions:
Always use a microwave with a turntable. Place the empty grill pan and press in the centre of the microwave turntable and pre-heat according to the times below.
650W Category B: 3.5 minutes
750W Category D: 3 minutes
850W Category E: 2.5 minutes
The pan is ready to cook food after pre-heating.
Grilling instructions
Pre-heat as described in the instructions above.
Using oven mitts, remove the grill pan and press from the microwave, take the press from the pan and place food to be cooked inside. Replace the press and push down onto the food. Return to the microwave and cook according to the cooking chart or recipe. Allow food to stand for one minute before serving.
Steaming instructions:
Pre-heat as described in the instructions above. Fill the collection reservoir around the base of the pan with water, add food and cover with the steamer lid. Place back in the microwave and cook according to the recipe. Allow food to stand for one minute before serving.
